Our Education Project (free tuition support) which we have started recently. We feel proud to share a glimpse of these children who are quick-witted and at the same time take interest in art and craft.A majority of these children has been dissociated with studies since the lockdown due to financial crisis. Their families are unable to afford readmission their wards. We are organizing the classes thrice a week for which I thank all the parents who are actively involved and all the children who are very regular and disciplined. In our attempt to give them an opportunity and a fighting chance to make a better future for them, we request you all to join hands by supporting us.

Job-oriented short term Beauty courses in the field of beauty and wellness open doorways of high-earning jobs. This industry is booming throughout the World as all people want to look good not only to boost their confidence but to present themselves well amongst their peers.To make this possible beauticians and beauty experts are required. We are glad to provide such training courses for the school drop-outs and make them independent. It makes us proud to say that two of them are successfully placed and two are freelancing. We wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

Despite the challenges of the past year, athletes in our Athlete Development Programme have shown unwavering dedication, perseverance, and discipline. They inspire us with their progress and serve as role models for aspiring athletes. We remain committed to supporting them and all our athletes, praying for their continued success and offering a caring hand to make their journey achievable. Together, we will overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements. Our Athlete program is sponsored by AMPL. Our Livelihood Skills Training Programme is designed to empower marginalized adolescents who have faced challenges such as school drop-outs. We believe in equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed economically, based on their desires and market research. Through our programme, we provide career guidance and support to help these vulnerable adolescents choose a career path that aligns with their interests and strengths. By offering training in relevant skills, we aim to boost their confidence, belief in themselves, and resilience to overcome obstacles.

We have successfully initiated a vocational training program for destitute women. The program aims at providing candidates with various skills in making handicrafts. Upon completion, the candidates will be equipped with a set of skills which may lead towards improving their livelihood. We, henceforth intend to showcase the products of the most talented individuals from every batch so that they get a fighting chance to gain a foothold in the market. Through our vocational training program, we aim to create a positive impact on their lives and help them achieve economic stability through their skills and craftsmanship.

Our organisation Shree Ranjit Foundation undertook a plantation programme on Sunday, 29 July at Rameshwaram Temple grounds. 22 saplings were planted there. Besides this, in collaboration with another organisation by the name of Prochesta, we did another plantation programme at Ichapur Higher Secondary School, Durgapur on 26th July, followed by Palasdiha Primary School, Durgapur on 3rd August 2018. In the former school 30 saplings were planted while in the later we planted 22 saplings. Students and teachers both participated and enjoyed the plantation drives. This has a good impact on our environment and ensures a greener future
